The table’s footnote
What is missing from the table, and why each one is missing
The rule on the previous page admits nine of the thirteen bookmakers licensed and trading in Ghana. Here are the rest. Not one of them is absent because it is bad, and two of them would be near the top of a table built on a different question.
Offer value leads here, so a book with nothing to value does not appear. Four of them compete on accumulator bonuses instead and have their own page.
Four books with no first deposit offer
Each publishes what it competes on instead, and in every case it is a bonus paid on the bet rather than on the signup. That is a genuinely different commercial model and it suits a genuinely different bettor: a welcome offer pays once, an accumulator bonus pays on every qualifying slip for as long as you keep betting. The four are compared properly on their own page, which is where the argument against this site's own weighting lives.
-
Betway
Checked, and there is no welcome offer
No first deposit bonus. Betway Ghana competes on Bet Saver, which gives a losing bet back, and Win Boost, which adds 3% to a double and climbs to 100% on a long multiple.
What it pays on insteadWin Boost, 3% on a two-fold rising to 100%, minimum 1.20 a leg
-
Premier Bet
Checked, and there is no welcome offer
No deposit bonus, and no deposits either. Premier Bet Ghana takes bets online but settles through agents or Play and Pay, so there is no wallet to match. What it pays on is the ACCA ladder: 2% at two selections, climbing to 150% at thirty-seven.
What it pays on insteadACCA Bonus, 2% at two selections rising a point at a time to 20% at twenty, then to 150% at thirty-seven
-
BetFox
Checked, and there is no welcome offer
No welcome bonus, and BetFox is open about it. The draw is the acca bonus, applied per bet from two selections with no minimum odds, which on a long multiple runs past 1000%.
What it pays on insteadUnlimited Acca Bonus, at times past 1000%, two to sixty selections, no minimum odds, paid on net winnings
-
betPawa
No welcome offer on file
No deposit match, by choice. betPawa pays for legs rather than for signing up: the Win Bonus adds up to 1250% to the winnings on a multibet, from three selections at 1.10 or longer, reaching its maximum at sixty legs.
What it pays on insteadWin Bonus, up to 1250% extra on winnings, three or more legs at 1.10 or longer, maximum at sixty
one brand no longer available in Ghana
Mozzart Bet
No offer, because there is no product. Mozzart stopped taking Ghanaian players on 1 January 2024, both Ghana domains are dead and the brand is off the register.
It is kept on file rather than deleted, because people still search the name and a page saying what happened is worth more than a dead link. It is never in a table of places to bet today, and there is no link to it anywhere on this site.
What this page is for
A publication that only lists what it can sell is an advertisement with a rating scale bolted on. The books above are Betway, Premier Bet, BetFox and betPawa, and between them they hold a large share of Ghanaian betting. Their absence from the table is a consequence of one rule about one thing, printed above that table, and this page exists so that nobody has to guess which.
