The case against this site’s own table
Four books with no welcome offer, and the argument that they are the better deal
This publication weights the welcome offer at 32 out of 100, which is the heaviest weight on any criterion here and is why Betway, Premier Bet, BetFox and betPawa are not in the table. It is also the model's blind spot, and this is the page that says so.
The arithmetic that is not in the table
A welcome offer is a single event. You deposit once, a bonus lands once, you pay for it once with turnover, and whatever survives is the whole of it forever.
An accumulator bonus is a rate. It adds a percentage to the winnings on a qualifying multiple, and it does that on every qualifying multiple you ever place. Two winning slips a month for a year is twenty-four applications of it against one application of a signup bonus.
Put a number on the comparison. The largest priceable welcome offer in Ghana leaves GH₵4,095 after its turnover, once. A book adding a percentage to every winning multiple you place has no ceiling on how many times it pays, and the only reason this site cannot put a figure beside that is that the figure depends on how you bet rather than on what the bookmaker published.
So the honest position is this: the table on the other page answers "which signup bonus is worth most", and it answers it properly. It does not answer "which book is worth betting at", and anybody who reads it as though it does will miss four of the thirteen bookmakers in this market, including two of the largest.
Betway
Checked across its own promotions page, terms and registration. There is no welcome offer.
What it competes onWin Boost, 3% on a two-fold rising to 100%, minimum 1.20 a leg
No first deposit bonus. Betway Ghana competes on Bet Saver, which gives a losing bet back, and Win Boost, which adds 3% to a double and climbs to 100% on a long multiple.
What is written about it elsewhereThe 50% up to GH₵200 offer still printed by five affiliate sites, under four different codes, is on none of Betway’s own surfaces: not the promotions page, not the terms index, not the registration walkthrough. One of those sites carries its own note that it was discontinued.

Premier Bet
Checked across its own promotions page, terms and registration. There is no welcome offer.
What it competes onACCA Bonus, 2% at two selections rising a point at a time to 20% at twenty, then to 150% at thirty-seven
No deposit bonus, and no deposits either. Premier Bet Ghana takes bets online but settles through agents or Play and Pay, so there is no wallet to match. What it pays on is the ACCA ladder: 2% at two selections, climbing to 150% at thirty-seven.
What is written about it elsewhereAffiliate pages quoting 100% up to GH₵150 and a minimum deposit are describing a product that does not exist in this market.

BetFox
Checked across its own promotions page, terms and registration. There is no welcome offer.
What it competes onUnlimited Acca Bonus, at times past 1000%, two to sixty selections, no minimum odds, paid on net winnings
No welcome bonus, and BetFox is open about it. The draw is the acca bonus, applied per bet from two selections with no minimum odds, which on a long multiple runs past 1000%.

betPawa
No welcome offer on file.
What it competes onWin Bonus, up to 1250% extra on winnings, three or more legs at 1.10 or longer, maximum at sixty
No deposit match, by choice. betPawa pays for legs rather than for signing up: the Win Bonus adds up to 1250% to the winnings on a multibet, from three selections at 1.10 or longer, reaching its maximum at sixty legs.
What is written about it elsewhereThe Win Bonus is a multiplier on winnings, never a cash ceiling, and must never be written as "up to GH₵" anything. The 100% and 200% first deposit claims on affiliate sites are contradicted by betPawa’s own pages, where /promotions, /bonuses and /first-deposit-bonus all 404.

What to do with all this
If you are opening one account and never opening another, the table is the right page and the cleared column is the right column. If you place a multiple most weekends, read the accumulator terms above first, because the rate on those is the thing that will decide what you are paid over a season, and no signup bonus competes with a rate.

Accumulator bonuses, asked plainly
- Is an accumulator bonus better than a welcome offer?
- For a bettor who places one multiple and stops, no. For a bettor who places a multiple most weeks, almost certainly yes, because a welcome offer pays once and an accumulator bonus pays on every qualifying winning slip for as long as the account is open.
- Why are these four missing from the offer table then?
- Offer value leads here, so a book with nothing to value does not appear. Four of them compete on accumulator bonuses instead and have their own page.
- Can an accumulator bonus be valued the way a welcome offer is?
- Not from published terms alone. A welcome offer has a ceiling and a turnover requirement, which is two numbers and one sum. An accumulator bonus depends on how many legs you put on a slip, how often those slips win and what price each leg was taken at, none of which a bookmaker publishes and none of which is the same for two bettors.
